At Wonder Valley, we want you to be completely satisfied with your holistic skincare experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, we accept returns on unused or gently used products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to start the process and select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit and include the provided packing slip.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the pre-paid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our studio receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
